Well well well

December 4, 2010

I happened to log into the account on here today and I was pleasantly surprised when looking at the views. Seeing as Kayla and I haven’t posted something since apparently July or June I expected them to be little or nothing. I was greeted with 28 comments to approve and 58 views for the day. At further investigation I saw that per month there was usually a thousand views. That might not seem like a lot to people (or maybe your like me and it does) but I was more than a bit surprised. I also discovered that if you google ‘codename kids next door fansite’ we’re number 2 on the page!  3rd if you google ‘kids next door fansite’ and 6th if you google… okay never mind I’m getting away from the point. Point being, thank you! Even if you just stumbled across this by accident and only stayed a second it amazes me you saw it. I was thinking… what would people think if I made a facebook group for this website? Just an idea. I’ll attach a link for anyone who is interested.

New Time Spot

July 26, 2010

Cartoon Network seems to have picked up KND for their US line up again and have it playing at 12-12:30 PM Est, and 4-5 PM EST on week days. On cartoonnetwork.com they appear to have all of season 1 online, four episodes from season 2, four from season 3 and one from season 4. Glad to see you haven’t forgotten us CN.

Why Didn’t I post Sooner??

February 20, 2010

As some of you might have noticed, KND has been back on CN for a few weeks now, maybe a month (I believe it has been a month)! Why haven’t we posted saying so? Well maybe I didn’t believe it would last, maybe I wasn’t on my computer (shocking I know) but regardless I’m saying it now! They’ve had lots of shows from the middle seasons, and when I last looked at the schedule they are in this next week are going to be showing episodes from the last season, followed by the very first ones (We’re talking C.A.K.E.D.). I’m a bit worried to see them going to the very beginning, but it doesn’t mean that they’ll be pulled from the air. They’re on (two in a row!) Weekdays 4pm-5pm EST and (so PST is 7-8) I’ll update again if anything changes 🙂

*Sigh*

September 14, 2009

Although we all hate to admit it… And I’m not saying it will never be… but… For the time being… (fine, I’ll get on with it)

KND seems to be off the air for good. How? Why? Who?

I don’t know… Cartoon Network has decided that all the other shows (I’m talking to you, Camp Lazlo) have kept the ratings up and there is no need for a great show like KND. Personally, I don’t see how Camp Lazlo even counts as a show.

BUT…. Let’s all give one final handshake, back-pat, and smile for the days of KND. Get your black gowns and mournful tux’s out and start digging. Life as we know it, has been cruelly taken away from us, given back to us, and taken away again. HOW LONG CAN THEY DRAG IT????????

Fairwell until further bad news….

KND Video’s back on CartoonNetwork.com

April 20, 2009

I know I didn’t post anything when they took them off the site (maybe I was just too sad) but today I was checking the site’s videos (because its Monday and its habit for me to check on Mondays) and  I saw that not only is KND back in the video’s selection but it looks like they have the entire first season on there! 26 video’s, from Operation C.A.K.E.D. to Operation G.R.O.W.-U.P.! I for one am psyched, so go on over and check those out!

KND WILL BE BACK ON THE AIR!!!!

January 16, 2009

Now before you all freak out (like I did) know that at the moment it only looks like this episode (Operation I.N.T.E.R.V.I.E.W.S.) is only being played by a freak of nature, but it’s still a major improvement!!! And maybe, if a lot of people tune in to watch it, Cartoon Network will be like “Omigosh! Look at all these views we got for Codename: Kids Next Door! We MUST put it back on the air!” It’ll be playing on Tuesday the 20th at 11:00 AM. I know, I know, we’ll all be in school, but if you can record it, or get someone to watch it at your house who has the day off (OR BOTH!!!!) Anyway, I hope your all as happy by this news as me and Kayla are (this might be like an anniversary showing because that will be almost a year to the day the Operation I.N.T.E.R.V.I.E.W.S. was released, ending the series :().

“Kids Next Door… Dismissed!”

Oh No You DIDN’T Cartoon Network!!!!

January 15, 2009

Okay so Cartoon Network has again annoyed me, and I’m sure some of you guys. So of course they promise that after the last beta test (which ended the other day) we will be able to continue game play on the characters we made. And in a way this is true, but not in the way we thought. If you want to continue playing as the character you made this last beta test (and maybe advanced far into the game using) you have to subscribe to have “Unlimited Access” which cost money! (5.95 for a one month subscription) LOW BLOW CARTOON NETWORK! Clever, but low. I’m split between admiring the weaving around their promises and between annoyance and having to either pay or start over (starting over is free). *Sigh* oh well, I sucked it up and took 5.95 out of my allowance to buy one month subscription.

Fusion Fall Officially Released!!!!

January 14, 2009

The day has been long in the making but Fusion Fall is finally officially released! And I am happy to report it is not nessisary to pay!If you want to have “Unlimited Access” (which includes: 32 extra levels, 32 extra nanos and more Cartoon Network characters) you’ll have to pay, I’m not sure how much but can check the site for details ( fusionfall.com )

New Ipod Touch/Iphone application from Cartoon Network!

January 2, 2009

So I was bored last night and I was looking for apps. on my Ipod touch and I found one by Cartoon Network. I looked around a little bit more and so far this is the first one released by Cartoon Network (released sometime in late December) and its *drum roll* a KND game!!!!! It’s Flight of the Hamsters from the KND site on cartoonnetwork.com!!!!! I freaked out 🙂 It does cost .99 cents but I think for a dedicated fan its worth it! I’m mainly psyched about this because its another point for us having KND on the air again! At least it’s something positive for our cause, I personally bought the game 😀

Happy 2009!

January 1, 2009

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYBODY! I hope 2008 went out with a bang for you! Who knows what 2009 will hold? Hopefully KND back on the air? (Wink wink, nudge nudge Cartoon Network!) We can always hope right?
